Currently experiencing high business growth, we are looking for a senior financial adviser, able to manage and support our on-going client-centric service model, at the highest level.

The Role:
– Manage a team of Associate Advisers by providing professional guidance and skilled mentorship
– Manage client portfolios and existing client relationships
– Manage new client portfolios and build new client relationships
– Conduct client reviews and prepare tailored approaches for varying client strategies
– Brief paraplanning teams; liaise with support staff ensuring the successful implementation and outcomes of individualised client policies and goal-based objectives

Ideal Candidate:
– Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed on Financial Adviser Register
– FASEA approved qualifications, CFP qualified, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience as an adviser
– Highly professional, excellent oral and written communication skills
– Superior stakeholder management abilities
– Attention to detail, supported by a solid technical background
– Focused on delivering personalised client service
– Able to thrive in a dynamic and energetic environment
