Peter has been a legal practitioner since 1995 and has been a partner of law practices in Brisbane, Melbourne and regional Queensland. He is currently a partner of a leading national law firm. Peter is admitted as a practitioner of the High Court.

Peter has a lengthy history in assisting clients in commercial matters, including superannuation investments and estate planning.  He has assisted numerous clients with the establishment of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds and investments in superannuation, and frequently advises clients in relation to their obligations under and compliance with the Superannuation Industry Supervision Act. As part of his estate planning practice, Peter helps clients ensure that their superannuation assets are protected and ultimately reach their chosen beneficiaries, through Binding Death Nominations and appropriate provision in their wills.

Peter and his team regularly assist clients with insurance claims and particularly TPD personal injury claims for those who have been seriously injured.

An active member of the community, and committed to helping people wherever possible, Peter undertakes pro- bono work for members of the Armed Forces, victims of domestic violence and indigenous Australians living in remote communities.
