Matt is a highly skilled professional with over 30 years’ experience within the Banking and Financial Services industry. 

With his proven industry track-record and solid business reputation, he joins Superannuation Advice Australia (SAA) as the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Matt’s breadth of expertise includes, but is not limited to: Retail & Commercial Banking; Wealth Management; Financial Analysis; Business Strategy; Operational Risk, and Business Relationship Management. However, it is Matt’s advanced soft skills that matter most, and make him such an exceptional addition to, and head of SAA’s C-Suite Leadership Team. His innate growth mindset, coupled with his advanced communication abilities, assist Matt in finding a common language across a complex staff complement of varying cultures, ages, demographics, as well as social characterises.

While being responsible for the significant day-to-day decisions associated with the ongoing delivery of SAA’s financial services, at the highest level, Matt continually collaborates with internal audiences and external stakeholders. This in order to monitor any developments, and track any expansion opportunities within the industry, to the benefit of SAA’s clients, staff and greater community.

When not applying transformational thinking to help build SAA’s Team capability, achieve organisational outcomes, and deliver on mission – you can find Matt enjoying quality time with family and friends. He is also an avid Australian Football supporter, who takes great pride in coaching his local Women’s Aussie Rules Team and barracking for the Tigers (Richmond Football Club.)
