As Insurance Specialist Manager, Raelene employs her wealth of Medical and Financial underwriting knowledge, along with extensive insurance administration expertise, to analyse and process complex financial and legal information.

Always operating with best interest duty in mind, Raelene consistently utilises her strong organisational skills, astute critical thinking and fundamental decision-making to implement new policies and guidelines, to better assist and support SAA clients with industry products, which best suit their specific insurance needs.
