Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Finance), Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences), Diploma of Financial Planning
Danielle first entered the finance industry in an administrative role. Working across various departments enabled her to lay down solid foundations in business processes, and build upon her superannuation, insurance and financial planning knowledge.
Danielle’s remarkable hard and soft skills were recognised by Superannuation Advice Australia, where she was offered the position of Office & Administration Manager. Using her thorough understanding of organisational structures, policies, procedures and operations, Danielle excelled at developing and executing new administrative and processing systems at SAA, effectively driving and improving efficiencies throughout the business.
Her initial exposure to team management allowed Danielle to expand upon her natural communication and problem-solving abilities, while her optimistic, flexible and empathic nature assisted in building trust. Leading by example, upholding an incredibly high work ethic and encouraging a culture where all staff members are empowered to excel personally and professionally, has recently seen Danielle advance once more, and take on the role of Operations Manager.
Exceptionally hard working and goal orientated, Danielle continually stives for improvement – for herself, our team and our company as a whole. In particular, and more especially, Danielle is passionate about ensuring the consistent delivery of quality service to all our clients. Her approachable, friendly and energetic character assists in supporting a dynamic office culture of diverse people, all working towards this common purpose.
When not streamlining, implementing and motivating, Danielle enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She also has interests in horticulture, baking (Danielle’s selection of savoury puff pastry scrolls are legendary at every SAA Cause Bake Sale), as well as serving in the community. Danielle has been an active Rosies – Friends on the Street volunteer, for a number of years.
