Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated Administration Support Officers and Customer Care Consultants to join our teams. You will be responsible for assisting Financial Advisers in their ongoing commitment to meet clients’ financial goals, through the delivery of expert customer service, and utilising our superannuation, insurance and internal platforms.
These positions are full time Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

About the position: Administration Support Officer
Administration Support Officer
Your role and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for clients assisting them with a wide range of enquiries.
- Liaising with Financial Planners, superannuation funds and insurance companies for data collection, documentation gathering and completing, and to assist in the implementation of advice.
- Sending, receiving and actioning digital and physical mail.
- Corresponding with clients to obtain necessary documentation to complete tasks.
- Working with Management to achieve business needs, goals and objectives.
- Operate multiple platforms for superannuation, insurance and client data.
- Managing workloads using the CRM
- Updating and ensuring the accuracy of data of client’s information within the CRM, Superannuation and Insurance portals.
- Provide assistance to other departments when required
Customer Care Consultant
Your role and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Cross check client information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Extensive data entry of information.
- Attain personal and sensitive information from the client.
- Inbound and outbound customer service.
- Manage workloads using a CRM.
- Operate multiple platforms for superannuation, insurance and client data.
- Frequent use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Assist Financial Advisers in client daily appointments.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Sound ability using computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to learn new systems.
- Customer Service Experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in multitasking and prioritising workloads.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
- Prior experience in administration/customer service and the financial industry is well regarded.
