Financial Advisers

About the role

Due to experiencing high business growth, we are seeking Financial Advisers for both our Brisbane and Gold Coast offices as well as the potential to work remotely based on location. Our advisers must be able to manage and support our on-going client-centric service model, at the highest level. Our business model allows advisers to focus on providing quality advice, with professional support staff taking care of the compliance and paperwork side of things.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Providing phone-based advice, allowing our clients to access the benefits of our services from the comfort of their own home and with minimal interruption to their day
  • Responsible for reviewing and providing financial advice to clients which have been with us
    for at least 12 months, with a focus on superannuation, insurance and retirement planning
  • Completing annual reviews with clients, including a review of their superannuation, personal insurances and retirement planning needs
  • Ensuring Statement of Advice documents being sent to clients are compliant and contain up to date information relevant to the client
  • Manage new client portfolios and build new client relationships
  • Providing ad hoc advice on superannuation, insurances; estate and retirement planning
  • Assist a team of Associate Advisers by providing professional guidance and skilled mentorship

The successful applicant

  • Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed on Financial Adviser Register
  • FASEA approved and qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning
  • Highly professional, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, supported by a solid technical background
  • Provide outstanding service while building rapport with clients
  • Committed and dedicated to our clients and thrive to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Knowledge of retirement planning and insurance
