Superannuation Advice Australia has achieved the world’s most recognised Quality Management System (QMS) standard: ISO 9001:2015 certification.
ISO refers to the International Organisation for Standardization, which is an international, independent, non-governmental organisation.
This standard has been created based on seven quality management principles, which are:

- Leadership
- Process approach
- Improvement
- Evidence-based decision-making
- Relationship management
Announced in December 2021, we are immensely proud to be named the only Financial Advice company in Australia to hold this certification.
Meeting the high standards required to attain this certification recognises Superannuation Advice Australia’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. This accreditation also acknowledges our capability to address customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, as we strive for continual improvement and the prevention of nonconformity.
